Senior Account Manager
London / Hybrid
Salary is £75,000 OTE plus equity

Your skills and experience
Have spent 4 or more years working at a B2B technology company (e.g. SaaS or marketplace) with experience spread across both sales and account management.
Have an outstanding ability to communicate confidently and clearly in writing, on calls and in person.
Take pride in nurturing relationships with B2B customers, and are known for your time management and prioritisation.
Can demonstrate a proven track record of surpassing sales and account management goals.
Are willing to contribute ideas across the whole business in regular team brainstorming sessions.
Have a real passion for modernising an industry (M&A), and are excited by the opportunity to help startups secure exits (many of which will be worth 7 figures)
Are highly experienced working with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and converting leads sent to you as well others you have individually found.
How you will deliver
Work with the wider Commercial team, Marketing team and CEO to deliver and monitor a fully integrated CRM strategy covering all relevant communication channels including email, calls, events and LinkedIn.
Play a lead role in defining and implementing growth hacking strategies, tactics and objectives using a sophisticated CRM model.
Nurture relationships with leads across the breadth of your pipeline.
Balance your time strategically across nurturing leads from both customer groups: 1. Buyers (e.g. Private Equity, Venture Capital and Angel Investors); and 2. Sellers (e.g. founders of SaaS, web3 and ecommerce businesses).
Demonstrate our products and services via video calls and in-person meetings, and then optimise the funnel to convert leads into paying customers in the shortest possible time.
Effectively broker deals between buyers and sellers and support the journey towards completion.
Support the hiring process as the Sales and Account Management teams quickly expand and, in turn, manage and motivate Junior executives in your team when they join.
Develop strong relationships with M&A advisors in order for them to help your leads close deals more effectively.
Communicate historical performance and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders through data-led presentations.
