We are working on behalf of an exceptional Events Agency who are experts in providing a full service for live & virtual events. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their existing team.

This role is integral to overseeing the successful delivery of a variety of projects for both live and virtual events.
The role can be based in London OR East Sussex.
Key elements of the role:
To help specify, procure and manage the delivery of all production and technical services for event and exhibition projects
Provide production, technical and commercial input and advice in relation to tender proposals
Attending client meetings to take briefs
Creating project timelines that include; on site schedules, transport schedules, cash flow forecasts
Overseeing the creation and amendments to design concepts, technical drawings etc.
Produce detailed and accurate project budgets
Sourcing and vetting of new suppliers and contractors in partnership with senior members of the team
Providing in-office and on-site support with Junior PMs
Creating, maintaining and managing the H&S plan for projects Skills & Experience Required:
Experienced across at least one of the major delivery sectors and comfortable delivering those projects (exhibitions, events, conference, green field, fixed facility, road shows, government projects).
Ability to present information clearly and concisely, both internally and to clients
Good level of computer literacy, particularly regarding databases, CAD and Microsoft applications
Working knowledge and practical experience of event H&S process.
Confident with a working understanding of technical production disciplines
Awareness of digital workflows
Calm and collected under pressure
Full UK Driving LicenceSalary: Up to £35,000 per annum (experience dependent)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
