We are looking for an articulate individual for a new Building Performance Consultant role. This company has won multiple awards for their software, but they need YOU to use data and software to solve real world problems in the built environment.

Building Performance Consultant overview:
This company's platform provides live information on how a building operates via the client's Building Management System (BMS), in particular, the Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning (HVAC) and lighting systems. This enables clients to reduce energy use and CO2 emissions for entire building portfolios.
We are looking for candidates who above all are driven by purpose and curiosity, willing to go to great lengths to ensure we can deliver performance improvements in our customers’ buildings and ultimately deliver a more sustainable world.
As a member of the Operations team you would be absolutely critical in delivering a successful customer experience. The successful candidate will be able to quickly learn the role and be capable of self delivering (with support) from an early stage.
Flexible hybrid working – While there will be specific days of the week where you are required to be in the East London office (approx 3 days a week), there is plenty of opportunity to work remotely and around other commitments. You will also be making site visits giving you the opportunity to be hands-on.

Building Performance Consultant responsibilities:
Become an expert in understanding and optimising building performance Identify operational performance issues (energy performance, maintenance and comfort) in customers’ buildings
Take responsibility for all aspects of contract delivery on client buildings
Survey and understand prospective sites and deploy hardware (such as Internal Air Quality/ temp temperature/vibration sensors)
Build virtual asset models of building services
Building Performance Consultant must-haves:
A degree relating to the built environment, other STEM degrees considered
Some experience of working in team environments
Excellent oral and written communication skills – with the ability to communicate technical details to a range of audiences
Tenacious problem solver
Building Performance Consultant benefits:
