An experienced French speaking Group Marketing Director is sought to become part of a fast-growing, European IT consultancy firm.
The role would contribute to leading the organisations marketing and branding across the different regions (Spain, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, and the UK) as well as to implement and drive campaigns and strategies to support the business growth. In addition, the company operates on a hybrid model with three days working from the office and two days working from home. The role would ideally be based in Barcelona however it could be based in London, Paris, Belgium or other countries where the organisation operates.
Your responsibilities will include:
Defining and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies
Managing Digital Marketing and Traditional Marketing activities, including events, PR activities and implementation of current technologies
Defining email marketing, lead generation and processes in conjunction with the sales department
Allocating and managing marketing budget across the different countries
Supporting the opening of new counties, road mapping and developing content and marketing activities and policies in line with the specific market
Managing a Digital Marketing Specialist and several agencies and freelancers across different countries
Other duties as requiredAbout you:

Fluency in French and English, written and spoken is essential for the role
A degree in Marketing or related fields or related experience
Experience or a keen interest in working in a start-up / fast-growing environment
Extensive experience in Marketing, PR and events with a successful track record in delivering outstanding campaigns
Previous experience in managing marketing budgets
Experience in managing a team / remote team, external agencies and freelancers
