We are currently hiring for a Site Supervisor at the stadium in north- west London. Candidates must willing to work as per monthly rota which include weekends as well as weekdays.
Minimum hours per week 32.
Responsibilities:
* overseeing daily site operations across all activity and reporting on these at the end of your shift
* interacting with costumers with costumers to deliver first class customer service experience
* ensuring employee attendance, punctuality and productivity
* reviewing efficiency of all processes
* reporting and monitoring of site building and maintenance works
* creating a positive work environment for employees
* meet regularly with upper management to stay up to date with organisational changes, issues and improvements
