An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Regional Operations Manager to join my client's team in Central London. You will be working for a leading provider in the well being market managing their prestigious gyms and spa's across a portfolio which includes private luxury residential and corporate facilities.

You'll be a committed and collaborative manager ideally with a 5* background to managing and inspiring a team of fitness and spa employees across multiple London sites.
With your supportive style, you'll be providing team members with training, advice and support alongside building and strengthening your client relationships.
This full-time Regional Operations Manager role requires a 5-star individual who is highly customer focused and can communicate at all levels, both internally and externally. People Management, teamwork and motivation, is your daily focus, always leading by example and going the extra mile for your team and clients. You must be able to encourage and inspire employees to work together to function efficiently. A strong element of flexibility is required as the position involves visiting many sites across London; your working hours are 40 generally Monday – Friday but some flexibility is required to work weekends if necessary.
