Qualifications Required:
MRICS Qualification
2 years minimum post qualification experience.
Experience in private commercial property.
Your new role:
You will be working as a Senior building surveyor alongside the Director for this small, expanding firm. Your role will involve private commercial work such as – but not limited to – party wall surveys, dilapidations, repairs & maintenance, and refurbishments. You will be working on a mixture of old and new buildings with a range of scale sizes including both large and small projects. You main clients include private developers, asset management companies and private investment funds.
About your new firm:
Previous key projects include a £4 million pound office refurbishment as well as a £1.5 million pound bank fit out.
Our client is looking for an ambitious, capable individual who has solid previous building surveying experience in addition to a growth orientated mindset. This is an expanding organisation so a drive to build and develop this firm is essential. This role provides an excellent opportunity to branch away from the large corporate environment in addition to gaining the rare opportunity to really grow a firm.
Benefits:
£50K (negotiable based on experience) plus a performance linked Bonus.
