Senior Neighbourhood Housing Officer Contract

My client is looking for a Neighbourhood manager to directly manage a team of neighbourhood Housing Officers. To successfully hit the ground running ensuring all issues and projects are dealt with under the councils' policies and procedures.

The Neighbourhood Manager will join the team and bring knowledge and leadership amongst knowledgeable peers. The manager needs to understand the pressure on taking on a new team and will provide support throughout. Ensuring Officers are hitting targets and performance is managed throughout.

Leadership skills

Experience in housing management

Will need to be based on the estates at least 4 days per week.

Good motivational skills and ability to performance manage a team of 4 housing officers who need closely monitoring.

Overseeing 6 regeneration estates (1600 properties in total).

High profile role.

Expeirence in Northgate.

Potential to go permanent
