We are currently working on a role with a major player in global Real Estate management and investment on an Associate ESG role in their established London teams. The company is committed to pursuing sustainable development and investment opportunities, and optimizing energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions, and minimizing waste.
In this role, you will help establish and integrate ESG standards into the European real estate platform, focussing on all aspects of ESG. This will consist of assisting in coordinating ESG policies, frameworks and working with broader teams across the companies' European offices to successfully implement ESG initiatives for portfolios and the individual assets.
Suitable candidates will have 4 – 8 years' sustainability or ESG consultancy experience in the build environment/real estate. The role has salary offering is between £60K – £70K, reports to the head of sustainability and has a hybrid working structure.
