Maintenance Plumber
Location: HM Prison Wandsworth, Heathfield Road, Wandsworth – London SW18 3HS
Salary: £30,000 to £33,000 per annum, with an upto £5,000 in additional allowances + Potential 5% Shift Allowance
Contract: Full time, permanent

Are you an experienced, motivated and customer-orientated trades professional with a track record in delivering high quality maintenance services? Are you ready to raise the bar and set the standard with regards to delivering high quality and impactful front line maintenance services for an organisation that recognises and rewards in equal measure?

We provide critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice and are looking for trades professionals that can make a difference to the sites and the people we are responsible for.
We're four years young and growing in the provision of our on site solutions to the prison service and want applicants with:
Plumber qualifications to C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing & Heating) and NVQ Lvl 3 in Plumbing or equivalent or NVQ Lvl 2, with substantial experience in a similar role
Familiarity with, and ability to work to Water Supply Regulations and Control of Legionalla L8 requirements
Experience of reactive maintenance, fault finding and resolution, installations, testing and commissioningIf this sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you.
