Data Engineer – UK Government Contract – SC required Contract

NonStop Consulting is looking to recruit a Data Engineer for an esteemed Central Government department, available for mainly remote work on an initial contract until the end of Jan 2023 which is very likely to be extended.

This Public Sector authority is looking for a well versed professional to act as a Lead Data Engineer and participate in the evolution of the program by leading on the design and implementation of a data model to support the programme.

Required skills:

Must have SC clearance ACTIVE
Proven big data experience (at least 3-5 years' experience)
Strong coding background in Python or similar and strong SQL skills
Domain knowledge of all Azure architecture and experience using Azure tooling
Expertise in Data Modelling
