Recruitment Team Leader – HR

Our HR recruitment team are currently looking to welcome a Team Leader to join their London based business. Working alongside our HR team, you will be playing a key role in placing part & qualified HR professionals.
This is an opportunity to work alongside an extremely successful director and make your own mark.
If you are a senior consultant, principal consultant, or more and looking for a role that you can add flair and imagination to then this could be right for you!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
– Managing your own desk
– Managing a team of trainee / consultants on a day to day basis
– Growing the scope and reach of your desk, successfully converting new business
– Supporting and developing your team
– Working towards reaching the companies financial targets
– Providing a positive working environment with a winning attitude
– Building a strong contract book of candidates
To be successful in this role you will:
– Have experience in the recruitment industry (open to sectors)
– Be a strong, consistent billing consultant
– Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
– Know the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and strong processes
– Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
– Possess the ability to work under pressure
