Job Role: Recruitment Administrator
Salary: £19,000 to £22,000

About the position of Recruitment Administrator

Responsibilities for the position of Recruitment Administrator
Attend and note daily team meetings
Diary Management
Take inbound and make outbound calls
Format CVs
Sending and responding to emails
Update the database in line with processes and policies
Maintain knowledge and follow internal compliance processes and procedures
Research and candidate attraction
Assist with projects and other general administration tasks as requiredExperience required for the position of Recruitment Administrator
A min of 12 months office telephone-based experience would be desirable
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and previous experience with databases will be advantageous.
Self-starter who shows drive and ambition to succeed
