09.00am – 5.30pm
£25,000-£27,000 *DOE plus Annual and Monthly Bonus Scheme
Walking distance from Fenchurch Street Station & Bank Tube Station
Duties:
Supporting 3 successful consultants with daily administrative tasks
Liasing with executive level candidates via phone, email and Linkedin
Networking and candidate management
Extensive inbox management and diary coordination
Coordinate and work closely with the consultants and administration team
Reporting and analysis of data – recording on Excel
Running reports and maintain accurate recordsRequirements:
Educated to degree* level or equivalent
Someone who has a keen interest in current affairs
Experience of working within a professional services environment
Previous administrative experience is ideal however not essential
Someone who is naturally inquisitive with a confident and professional approach
