Have you got 3 years experience in taking minutes/ scheduling? Do you enjoy working to tight schedules? Would you like to work for one of the biggest accountancy practices in the world?
Key responsibilities:
Ensure that all meetings are schedules within the required time frame.
Ensure all framework best practice from the meetings is followed.
Capturing the minutes and actions of conversations.
Share observations and learning.
Interacting with client facing colleague.
Analyse meeting data and sales pipeline.
Ad-hoc duties.
Skills / Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong academic background.
Solid communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail.
Solid Microsoft Office / Excel skills.
This is a 3 month rolling contract offering an outstanding day rate. There is definitely scope to extend on this and it is within a fantastic brand.
