Liberty CL Recruitment is absolutely delighted to be partnering with our client to gain an Executive Assistant, on a full time, permanent basis. This role is based in Central London and offers hybrid working.
The main purpose of this role is to offer a high-level of executive support to the CEO.
Some of your duties will include:
* Coordinating meetings and arranging refreshments, travel, accommodation etc.,
* Prioritising and responding to emails and requests,
* Complex diary and inbox management,
* Handling invoices and expenses management,
* Maintaining exceptional relationships both internally and externally,
* Other ad hoc requests from the CEO & Executive Partners.
As an individual, it is essential that you have proven Executive Assistant experience at board level, and you will need to be comfortable handling confidential information and working with complete discretion when required.
Ideally, you will also have experience of working in a professional services environment.
As a person you will be proactive, personable and an excellent organiser.
In return our client is offering a salary of circa £40-£50k DOE, plus some fantastic benefits, including; life assurance, income protection, pension, employee assistance programme, plus more, including additional flexible benefits!
