JOB DESCRIPTION
Seven Resourcing are looking for an experienced Registrations Offier to join Hammersmith and Fulham Council on a temp basis to start off with.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend Notices of marriage/civil partnerships
Register and conduct marriages/civil partnerships and other non-statutory ceremonies
Register deaths
Register still-births
Complete corrections
Issue marriage authorities/civil partnership schedules
Issue/sign certificates
Marriage/civil partnership ceremony preparation (process information copies, check authorities, chase payments)
Conduct pre-ceremony meetings to finalise ceremony requirements
Collection/banking of monies relating to services provided
Advise customers on registration matters on the phone, in person and through emails
Conduct Citizenship Ceremonies
Citizenship Ceremony preparation
Nationality and Settlement Checking appointments
Register births (including re-registrations)
Applicant Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years working in a similar role.
