Role: Senior Event Sales Executive
Location: Gunnersbury, West London

The role of Senior Event Sales Executive:
Reporting into the Event Sales Manager, with a focus on corporate business, the Senior Event Sales Executive will sell our clients space for private hire in the B2B market across our clients estate and plan the execution of each event in collaboration with the event operations team.
The responsibilities of the Senior Event Sales Executive:
* Effectively manage and sell the private hire of our clients space for conferencing & corporate events across the UK
* Respond to incoming enquires as directed by the National Sales Manager developing detailed quotes taking the operational requirements for each event into consideration
* Support the National Event Sales manager gathering requirements from clients and agents to develop detailed quotes for high value and complex events by working consultatively with our suppliers and cinemas
* Work closely with the Senior Events manager and marketing team to develop and execute a year-round programme of marketing initiatives
* Maintain relationships with key agents and venue finding platforms ensuring all CW listings are kept up to date
* Attend on site and oversee the effective execution of the event as required
* Be responsible for your own personal sales pipeline reporting back to the National Sales Manager on a regular basis
* Identify potential business development opportunities, follow up leads and secure bookings
* Pitch to prospective clients and undertake (or organise) show rounds in a professional manner
* Working collaboratively with the event operations team, plan all operational aspects of event delivery and prepare detailed briefs. Coordinate with the event delivery team to ensure consistent, high level service throughout all stages of the event
* Assist in organising and conducting, client evenings / open days in order to drive and secure new business whilst raising the profile of our clients space as an event venue
* Attend industry networking and event conferences.
* Recognise opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling
* Upsell retail products and other services wherever possible
* Other duties as required.
The ideal Senior Event Sales Executive:
* Excellent self-starter
* Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* At least 3 years’ experience of sales and operations within the events industry
* Proven track record of corporate event sales with a fast paced and demanding environment
* Profit and customer service orientated
* Fantastic relationship building skills and experience of managing key stakeholder relationships
* Good negotiation skills
* Good Excel skills
* Clean driving licence preferred
* Previous experience of CRM platforms essential
* A passion for film and / or the cinema industry
* Occasional evening & weekend work may be necessary
