We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to support the trade team. Reporting to the Head of UK Sales, this role focuses on developing Rangemaster, Falcon and Mercury sales within the independent retail sector in the South East of England
·The successful candidate will be able to develop Rangemaster, Falcon and Mercury sales within the given territory whilst building and maintaining long term business relationships with retailers.
·They will work closely with existing Rangemaster Premier Partners and independent retailers to develop and maximise sales across all appliance brands, categories and sinks.
·They will be able to devise and implement business plans with designated accounts in line with business strategy and take ownership for all aspects of account handling; pricing, ranging, securing new listings, identifying training needs, competitor analysis and reporting to the Head of UK Sales.
·The successful candidate will maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the domestic appliance market and identify new opportunities to grow sales.
· They will attend monthly Sales Meetings and stay away from home from time to time as the role demands.
·They will be capable of managing time and priorities in effective territory management, working with various internal departments to support the role.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales development and territory management in the domestic appliance sector. They will possess strong analytical skills and display a high degree of competency in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate must be a highly self-motivated team player with a “can do” attitude and be able to work under pressure within tight deadlines. Must be well organised with the ability to produce relevant documentation including account reports and business plans in a timely manner.
Must have a clean driving licence and will ideally live within the South East Region.
