We are excited to announce a new vacancy within our Property Team! As a Regional Property Manager, you will be an integral part of implementing our property management programme including preventative maintenance within the South London area. You will be responsible for managing a team of two Maintenance Operatives making sure the maintenance of our company property is maintained to the highest standard.
Alongside a highly collaborative, dedicated and supportive management team, we will also give you the room to stretch and develop within the industry. With both training and learning opportunities, our dedicated Learning and Development team and management team will ensure that you are delivered full training to confidently perform this role and will also aim to promote your progression.

What will I be doing as a Regional Property Manager?
As a Regional Property Manager, you will ensure a successful implementation of works within your region as well as oversee PPM's (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance works across multiple sites. This role will provide you with the opportunity to become an integral part of our Property team and support our Branches within the South London area to make sure they remain accessible and safe for our clients who visit daily.
Other duties will include:
Manage a small team of Maintenance Operatives to ensure works are carried out safely and within dedicated timescales
Implement a property management programme including preventative maintenance and life cycle requirements.
Maintain a record of all statutory compliance requirements including property health and safety and liaise with contractors/consultants and statutory inspectors to ensure properties are always fully compliant.
Manage service contracts within the region and undertake meetings as necessary with contractors to ensure all PPM and reactive works are being undertaken properly and in accordance with contract KPI’s/SLA’s.
Provide progress reports to the Head of Region and the Property/Estates Manager.
Ensure procedures for obtaining and approving risk assessments and method statements are adhered to.
Obtain quotations for all works above the agreed spending limit and liaise with contractors to ensure quoted works will satisfy all requirements.
What Do I Need?
A Full UK Driving Licence – site travel is needed
A qualified Property Manager or Facilities Manager OR similar qualifications
Sound knowledge of health and safety compliance.
Supervisory experience and has managed a team previously
A professional appearance and work ethic
The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
