About the Role of Care & Support Team Leader
Here at MTVH we are looking for an individual who wants to be part of building a brand new team which will be providing support to people with learning disabilities moving into their own flats in Hammersmith, London.
You will be leading your team to enable people to live as independently as possible whilst supporting them to lead an active and fulfilled life.
This job will be varied and active and give you the chance to work for a company that has the wellbeing and support of their colleagues and customers at their core.
You will be given a comprehensive training package to support you in this exciting new service.
As this is a new service which has recently been renovated and comprises of 8 independent flats in Hammersmith, it is a real chance to help our customers shape their service and give them true choice, control and independence.
The service is a 24 hour service so you will need to be flexible to cover the hours of support and cover sleep in duties.
