Site Supervisor – Facilities Maintenance – London Bridge, London
Our client is an extremely successful facilities maintenance provider who is seeking a Site Supervisor for a site based in London Bridge
They are after an enthusiastic, knowledgeable supervisor to lead their established team of maintenance engineers in looking after and maintaining a large modern commercial building in London Bridge.

Key Duties:
* PPM’S and Reactives which include but are not limited to plant room checks, AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Motors, Basic plumbing, and L8 Water Hygiene task
* Distributing out PPM and Reactives to the team
* Controlling team’s rota, organising call-outs, cover, holiday and overtime
* Liaising and arranging appointments with customers, clients, and sub-contractor
* Assisting team to complete PPM and reactive maintenance
* Controlling permits and health and safety relevant to the business
* Supervisory duties – reports, team meetings, log books, reporting to management
* Acting as the first point of contact for Client
Salary & Benefits:
* £51,000.00 per annum + overtime
* Monday – Friday
* 08:00 – 17:00
* 26 days holiday
