We are looking for an experienced Bar Team Member to work in a busy stylish bar within a dedicated and friendly team. We are looking for staff that are passionate about customers and delivering the premium service our customers expect from us.
Your key responsibilities:
* Setting up the bar.
* Carrying stock from the storeroom to the bar.
* Serving customers a range of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks.
* Using our EPOS till system.
* Cleaning the bar both throughout the shifts and then at the end of shifts.
* Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
* Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
* Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
* Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
* Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Shift: evning 4pm – 11pm
