ICONIC FRENCH BRASSERIE – £16 per hour – Piccadilly Circus
• Senior Chef de Partie.
• A minimum of 1 junior to support you in running your section.
• Stable and professional brigade.
• ZERO tolerance to anti-social behaviour – verbal or physical.
• Benefitting from an elite culinary support system – at least 4 senior chefs per shift.
• Michelin Bib Gourmand – brasserie.
• 800 covers per day, lunch & dinner service ONLY.
• Classical French cuisine & techniques.
• 30+ within main kitchen.
• Piccadilly Circus station – 5-minute walk.
• £16 per hour (this includes service charge)
• 50 hours per week, 2 double shifts and 3 singles.
• In-house training provided.
• Bonuses & other benefits in addition to your salary.

• Always catch your last train home if working an evening shift.
