AMAZING BRITISH RESTAURANT – £40,000 per hour – 45/48 hours per week
• Sous Chef
• Team of 12+ chefs in the brigade
• Covers; 100+ for lunch & dinner
• Amazing ambiance within the kitchen
• Stable rota, you will work mainly 5 evenings per week
• Free meals whilst on duty
• Canary Wharf station – 5-minute walk
• £40,000 per annum
• 8 shifts over 5 days
• Payment every two weeks
• £500 recommend a friend incentive schemes.
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
• A competent Sous Chef to help run this amazing British restaurant.
• Previous experience with costings, menu planning and other office work is ideal.
• The ideal Sous Chef will have previous experience working in the same role, must be organised and work well under pressure.
• Previous experience cooking British cuisine would be desirable.
• A Sous Chef with a hands-on approach who is happy to jump on kitchen sections throughout services
