Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor to work in a 5 star hotel on behalf of a global Facilities Management client in Park Lane, London.
Housekeeping Supervisor- Facilities Management
Location: W1H 1BE
Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: 8:30am- 6pm, 5 days a week, rota basis
This is a Temporary to Permanent role.
Key Duties of a Housekeeping Supervisor:
Manage overall daily operations of the Linen Room
Ensure quality controls are in place for all linen processes, rejecting any exceptions
Maintain cleanliness of the linen area
Train, develop, and appraise the housekeeping team
Ensure linen and housekeeping supplies are ordered and controlled in line with Business and Events
Carry out stock takes
Ensure par stocks are maintained
Take receipt of stock and ensure safe storage
Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively
Oversee the issuing of linen via a requisition system
Ensure team members adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations
Carry out any other reasonable task set by the hotel's managementRequirements for a Housekeeping Supervisor:
Good organisational and planning skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Previous hotel or leisure sector experience
Previous experience at Supervisory levelBenefits:
