This role will mainly consist of supporting the Finance team with the purchase and sales ledgers of multiple accounts. The main responsibility will be to ensure all purchase and online sales transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
Inputting purchase invoices to supplier accounts
Raising purchase orders when requested
Credit card reconciliations
Processing expense claims
Year-end creditor reports
Processing online sales receipts
Sales ledger reconciliations
Dealing with customer queriesProfile
The successful candidate will look like:
Minimum 1 years' experience working in finance
Confident with ability to operate within a growing business
Good communication skills
Good written and spoken English
