Customer Account Manager
Working directly with the Sales Manager, as our Customer Account Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for managing all new account enquiries, as you will be one of the first points of contact for prospective new customers.

Customer Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the first order experience from beginning to end including creating the website log ins and sending the welcome emails.
* Respond to all Independent Customer queries and deal with any issues that arise.
* Ensure a safe, enjoyable and professional place to work at all times whilst strengthening client relationships.
* Achieve growth and hit sales targets, where set, by successfully working with the Sales Manager to exceed customer expectations.
* Coordinate the sending of brochures to independent accounts as well as helping the Marketing Team with any paid for promotional activity.
* Sample management – communicate samples requests from customers to brands
* Work with the Sales Manager to implement a strategic sales plan that expands customer base.
* Help to implement short term sales plans to execute against strategy.
* Adhere to established processes to accurately manage the website updates and individual customers’ pricing.
* Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of relationship with them.
* Be fully aware of new products and any brand specific issues that customers may need to know.
* Build and promote robust, long-lasting customer and brand relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
* Collect market insights by speaking with brands and customers.

Person Specification:
* Conscious of new trends and new brands we could work with
* Previous experience from a consumer environment (ideally FMCG)
* Good team player with a can-do attitude
* High level of attention to detail
* Highly organised
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong work ethic
* Good computer skills

Compensation details:
* Salary range £28,000 to £29,000 depending on experience
* Pension Scheme
* Holidays (28 in total)
