My client are a well-known mechanical and electrical engineering company, who provide building services solutions to their end clients within the commercial and retail sector.
A Foot Mobile M&E Engineer is required to cover Zones 1 & 2 on their commercial property portfolio (landlord side only).
THE JOB – Foot Mobile M&E Engineer
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Looking after the Landlord side.
EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
Worked or currently working in a similar Retail/Commercial maintenance environment and familiar with performing PPMS , reactive and fault finding to following equipment:
Air Handling Units
Emergency lighting
Fire alarm testing
Pumps and Motors
L8 requirements
Fire Alarm Testing
Plumbing
Record keeping
SALARY & PACKAGE
£38,000 – £42,000
Zones 1 – 6 Travel Card (pre-paid oyster)
