Your new role – Fabric Supervisor
* Responsible for general building services maintenance at a large healthcare site in Romford
* You will be expected to supervise and lead a team of maintenance operatives
* The applicant is to hold a relevant CSCS card or suitable qualifications to be successful upon application
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in maintaining, repairing and installing fire doors would be beneficial
* You will need to have extensive knowledge and understanding of building fabric maintenance to modern construction built estate
* Experience supervising a team is essential
