Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer
We currently have a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer position available for someone Mechanically or Electrically qualified with one of the UK's leading maintenance service providers working on commercial sites across London.
You will be provided a travel card for zones 1-6.
Monday-Friday, 8-5
Responsibilities of the Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer
* Performing the daily activities on-site Planned Preventative Maintenance.
* Maintaining the PPM regime
* Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld
* Managing visiting contractors and the specialist engineering providers
* Providing technical expertise to the occupants and landlord
* Dealing with reactive maintenance tasks
* Not afraid to do some fabric maintenance
About You as the Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer
* Qualified Engineer, ideally apprentice trained
* Steady work history
* Experienced in maintaining a large commercial office building
