Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)

My client is a leading international mechanical, electrical & public health services contractor. Offering a detailed and quality assured service in the commercial, healthcare, residential, hotel & infrastructure sectors. Growing from a family-owned business to successful contractor turning over £30 million annually, my client is looking for an MEP site manager in west and central London to join their team and strive for both company growth as well as individual progression. Key duties and responsibilities
Day to day management of mechanical subcontract packages
Ensuring smooth mechanical delivery in accordance with the programme and budget
Overseeing health & safety and QA/QC processes
Oversee weekly progress meetings with relevant client, main contractor and design teams
Reporting directly to the project mechanical lead
Working both individually and part of a larger team
Liaising with M&E consultants with any variations in the design processExperiences and qualifications
Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 10 years' experience working across the mechanical building service sector
Individuals to have achieved an academic (HNC/degree) or relevant City & Guilds/ apprenticeship
Managing projects upwards of £2 ½ million in value
Having consistently managed projects to a high standard while managing client expectationsRemuneration Package
A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record)
