Do you have a range of experience working behind a bar? Have you worked in management positions and enjoy developing mixing cocktails and are looking to develop your skills further? The perfect opportunity for you has arisen in Mayfair! I am working with a very high-end, Michelin star and multiple Rosette client that is looking to fill a number of Assistant Bar Manager positions, paying up to 35k.
As an Assistant Bar Manager your main job will to be to train and recruit staff, teach mixology and ensure strong service is always upheld. You may have to step in and help with mixing/serving cocktails and taking general orders. You will need to have a strong understanding of the drinks available from your bar, with the ability to produce these drinks to the highest standard, with a definite experience in management.
