About the Care Team Leader role.
Within your role, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives.
As a Care Team Leader, you will work closely with the Registered Manager and be responsible for the management and coordination of all aspects of residents care, whilst creating a safe & homely environment in which residents receive outstanding care and in which staff enjoy working.
Further responsibilities will include assisting the Home Manager in the day to day running of the care home and deputizing for the Home Manager in their absence.
About you as a Care Team Leader
We want a person, who is proactive, passionate, and ambitious to support us to create the best person-centred environment for our residents and ensure they are delivered a 5* experience.
A good understanding of CQC regulations and contract monitoring requirements is also preferred.
Requirements of a Care Team Leader
NVQ 3 in Care or working towards this qualification
Some Previous management experience would be advantageous
