• ZERO tolerance to anti-social behaviour – verbal or physical.
• 5* luxury hotel, 80 cover restaurant
• European cuisine with an American influence.
• Breakfast Brigade is 2 per service
• Oxford Circus / Bond Street – 5/10-minute walk
• £33,500 (this includes service charge)!
• 5am until 3pm.
• In-house training provided, working under the guidance of Michelin starred exec chef!
• Static Rota – 3 months in advance so you can plan your days off

• A hands-on Breakfast chef looking to progress their career with a five starred environment.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in 5* Hotels or high-quality kitchens.
• A flexible breakfast chef able to start work in central London at 5.00am
• The successful breakfast chef must be reliable, self-motivated and a team player
