Assistant Manager Permanent

Our client are a growing burger company in the UK. They are looking for an Assistant Manager who is the right hand of the General Manager.
We are looking for someone who can lead, inspire and train. From day one, you’ll be based on the shop floor learning how each area of the business works. One minute you’ll be serving customers, the next you’ll be learning about stock control. You will become part of the core restaurant management team. The Assistant Manager plays an essential part in ensuring that day to day store operations run smoothly. They drive sales, product consistency, draw up weekly schedules, manage stock, ensure compliance with company standards and assist with training, recruiting.

The ideal Assistant Manager candidate:
* Experience in hospitality at Assistant Manager, Kitchen Manager, Deputy Manager or Supervisor level
* Looks after, trains and nurtures their team
* A leader who leads by example and it’s not afraid to get stuck in

* Ability to multi-task and think on their feet
