£50,000 + paid travel, Bonus & great benefits 

THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT TO COVER MATERNITY

EMBS Property are seeking an Area Operations Manager. 

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT SOMEONE IN AN AREA MANAGER ROLE OR A MULTI – SITE MANAGER LOOKING FOR THEIR FIRST AREA MANAGER ROLE

We are looking for a proven leader and business manager to lead all aspects of property management and operational teams in multiple city locations throughout London and the South East.

The role will support senior operations stakeholders and focus on operations, sales & service performance & improvements across this already successful property portfolio.

You will be responsible for the overall business performance of a portfolio of buildings/accommodation  as part of these duties you will lead sales strategies, KPI management, site standards, brand reputation and service delivery management & improvement.

Outline responsibilities:

Management of site teams and all aspects of the properties 

Team KPI management (as aspects), performance reviews  

Responsibility for sales performance across the portfolio 

Successful delivery of H&S and legislative compliance throughout portfolio

Management of the commercial contracts and performance  

Lead on customer satisfaction and improvements

Financial and budgetary responsibility throughout the portfolio

Site based mobilisation for new assets

Collaboration with site based teams, external contractors and internal stakeholders

Driving high standards for company brand 

To be considered for and be successful in this role you will need proven:

Strong leadership experience at Area, Regional, Cluster or Multi Site level. 

Background / experience within the property / accommodation management (PBSA/BTR/Resi,hotel)

100% dynamic, customer centric and leadership focused
