Location: Lewisham and Woolwich (Healthcare)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Delivery up to date training for the different departments to include Patient Catering, Cleaning, Housekeeping, Retail (Restaurants), Portering, Switchboard etc.
Help to create new training courses and deliver one on one training or group training as required.
Assisting with the three day inductions (H&S and Fire regulations) and ongoing training requirements as and when necessary including changes in legislation, new standards and H&S etc
Assisting with online training, healthcare awareness, updating training records
Provide excellent customer service and ensure all front of house operations are running effectively and efficiently, providing support when necessary
Provide objective and accurate feedback on training and development performance continuously and actively seek new ideas to keep 'Service with a Human Touch' ethos alive in the business.
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications:
Outgoing individual with a passion for teaching
Facilities Management experience would be beneficial, especially soft services within a healthcare / hospitality setting
Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail
Experience in facilitation, delivering training sessions and people/relationship management
Having a CIPD or equivalent is desirable alongside any other qualifications such as NVQ's, Apprenticeships, Skills for Life
Enhanced DBS check will be required
