Our client has an excellent opportunity as they are recruiting for a Commis Prep Chef to work in this prestigious site in London within a corporate environment as they are expanding their offer, it is a great opportunity for a chef that wants the best start in their career.
Your shifts would be Sunday 7.00am – 15.30 and Monday – Thursday 14.00 – 22.30
You will be working with the best fresh seasonal produce, and have the best training from an outstanding team. You will be prepping anything from meat, fish, marinating, cutting, cooking bases and so forth as you will cover all services.
To be considered
*Hold an NVQ 1 & 2 or Similar
*Help in all sections of the kitchen
*Be willing to learn and develop within the industry and accept all training available
*Assist in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
*Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
*Be a team player as well as work on your own initiative
