Working across 11 countries, our 600 consultants specialize in strategic disciplines and specific areas including accounting and finance, banking and financial services, engineering, healthcare and life sciences, human resources, information technology, legal, procurement and supply chain, and sales and marketing.
Following a successful year and despite the pandemic, LHH is riding the crest of the rebound and is in the process of launching an ambitious growth plan. As a result, the In-house Legal team in London is looking for an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join the team and continue bucking the trend.
You will be responsible for building successful relationships with both Candidates and Customers
What you’ll be doingThe Role will require you to take responsibility for:
Customer relationships (with adjusted personal billing targets)
Business planning and financial accountability (full P+L accountability)
Developing and managing Candidate pool/portfolio
Attracting new candidates via networking – Job boards – Recommendations
Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback.
Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is always provided.
Proactively map out key clients within portfolio.
Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all clients businesses
Headhunting and networking to develop LHH brand and reputation.
Participating in marketing events.
Conduct sales calls to introduce LHH services to prospective clients and maintain contact with existing clients.
Strong desire to succeed, win business and grow your market share.
Confident, able to use own initiative and manage own workload.
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Resilience, self motivation and the ability to work under pressure.
Demonstrated focus on client and candidate relationships.
Working to reach deadlines that may reach beyond core working hours.
Previous recruitment experience or commercial or industry experience
Excellent customer service skills, going above and beyond your candidate and clients expectations.
