Duties of the Finance Team administrator can include but are not limited to:
Support directors of business units to assist with finance, bidding, and governance.
Organising of team meetings and events
Ordering of equipment and materials, and monitoring of stock.
Support our IT department in issuing new laptops and phones.
Support new starters to understand company procedures.
To work as part of the admin team and fulfil other duties as directed (and guided) by the team to generally assist in the smooth running of the office.
Required Skills for a Team Administrator
Pro-active and approachable, well organised, innovative and a strong communicator.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of using advanced Excel functions would be advantageous.
Experience of managing IT, operational, finance and governance processes.
The ability to learn new procedures quickly and liaise with clients and staff on many different levels.
Ability to work within a close-knit team
Desired Skills for Team Administrator role
Ideal suited to a candidate with at least 5 Years’ experience in a similar role.
