Role Overview: As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you'll hold a pivotal role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of fire alarm systems, disabled refuge systems, and emergency lighting systems. Your contribution will be instrumental in enhancing our service business, upholding professional standards both individually and as a valued team member.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine and annual servicing of various systems.
Swiftly respond to emergency breakdowns.
Collaborate with the Service Manager to participate in the engineer callout rota.
Maintain effective communication with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle general administrative tasks efficiently.
Demonstrate proficient use of IT systems for record-keeping and updates.
Scrutinize data with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Plan and prioritize workload in alignment with company requirements.
Present a polished and professional image to customers and suppliers.
Show flexibility in working hours to meet business demands.
Apply in-depth knowledge of fire alarm and detection systems, emergency lights, disable refuge systems, and access control systems.Key Competencies:

Thorough understanding of BS5839 Part 1 2017, Unit 1 – Fire Detection Design.
Proficiency in BS5266 Part 1 2011 – Emergency Lighting Design.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive attitude towards work.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of building trust at all levels.
Team-oriented mindset, fostering effective professional relationships.

Package:

£35,000 – £40,000 for a 40-hour working week.
