Role: Planner

Location: London

Salary: £30000-£40000

We are proud to be representing a young and growing planning consultancy that de-risk high quality schemes and improves deliverability as well as quality outcome. Due to a healthy workload are also on the look out for a Planner to join the office in London.

Essential Criteria for a Planner:

MRTPI qualified or accredited Diploma or Masters. (Relevant Town Planning Degree)
Understanding at a practical level in property.
MRTPI Qualified or working towards
Exposure in either the private or public sectors of planning.
Strong numerical and report writing skills.Responsibilities and Duties of a Planner:

Provide planning consultancy advice to clients and colleagues.
Produce reports to support planning appeals and applications.
Attend and report with clients at regular project meetings.
Develop and maintain active communication with your own team and other teams.
