Visual Merchandiser | Field based role across the region |Retail | Salary up to £37,00 Plus travel and benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and expanding retailer as an Area Visual Merchandiser based in London with travel required across the UK including Scotland and the North of England. This role is specialising within the accessory and trends sector! The brand has massive plans for growth and is looking for a driven and passionate Visual Merchandiser who can support and flawlessly execute Visual Merchandising and POS directives across their stores including the flagship! You will be joining a recognised retailer who pride themselves of employee engagement and development.

As an Area Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for:

Implement all visual merchandising to comply with visual directives
Ensure all windows, floor space and POS are presented to the highest standard
Updating windows regularly
Working alongside Store Management to determine product performance based on placement in the store
To profitably develop the full sales potential of the store and your department, enhancing its reputation for its products, service, values and expertise
Drive visual standards
Optimisation of product ranging and stocking, engaging with appropriate HQ personnel
Cost control
Branch security, maintenance, housekeeping and appearance
Staff standards of dress and presentation
You will be pro-active and commercial to solve every day problems and make effective decisions
Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are metThe ideal candidate will have experience in Visual Merchandising either at an area VM level. You need to be self motivated and have exposure to working in a customer focused or retail environment.

This role will is Monday to Friday, with one day a week in their Head Office.
