Inclusion Advisor – Possibl – London, UK (Hybrid)
Possibl are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking law firm in the heart of Central London, dedicated to making a positive impact through their diversity and inclusion initiatives, joining a creative team, committed to driving change in their community, environment, and across the firm.
The role:
Fully engage in all operational aspects of their diversity and inclusion programmes, from duction to feedback evaluation and proposing solutions.
Support network leads and partner champions in achieving their network objectives.
Manage and attend network leadership team meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and coordinating actions.
Motivate and empower network members to share ideas and support the wider programme.
Prepare board reports and papers, analyse and present data, and design presentations to communicate key messages.
Deliver social mobility outreach programmes, including work experience, insight days, and mentoring.
Coordinate race and ethnicity outreach programmes, such as the 10,000 Black Interns programme.
Support the Giving and Volunteering team in fundraising, donations, volunteering, and maintaining community partner relationships.
Lead or support projects identified as priorities in the Responsible Business strategic plan each year.
The person:
Experience delivering impactful inclusion and/or community-focused initiatives
Passionate for various inclusion agendas, particularly race and ethnicity, with high emotional intelligence and cultural awareness
Gravitas to challenge influential stakeholders from top level down, including partners and board members
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Confident user of systems and social media, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, LinkedIn
A self-starter, enthusiastic and creative when voicing ideas
Commercially minded
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills in order to manage multiple projects at once, with the ability to be flexible
Desirable requirements:
Legal/professional services experience in a similar role
Early careers or graduate recruitment experience
