Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a NHS Trust based in Greater London to recruit an experienced Mechanical Technician on an initial 3-month temporary contract.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Supporting the Mechanical Estates Officer, you need to have a good understanding of all mechanical building services such as hot and cold water, ventilation, heating, air conditioning, lifts, drainage, etc.
You will be required to carry out the full range of maintenance tasks relevant to this position, i.e., service, test, diagnose, repair, and calibrate, prepare, or assist in the preparation of plant for statutory inspections.
This role will require significant experience of Hot and Cold Water Systems or Ventilation and ideally have experience and understanding of steam operated plant, and equipment.
