The Project

* They have an opportunity for a Project Manager to lead a newly secured project

* The project has a contract value over £20m

* scope of works will include basement extension, intensive structural works and ultra high quality fit out

The Opportunity

* Reporting to a Senior Contracts Manager and the Directors the Project Manager will have full day to day responsibility for this project.

* They are seeking an knowledgable and dynamic character who can ensure optimal performance of the site team and subcontractors.
