EMEA Finance Manager – Oral Care
£95K-£105K including 6% bonus

The Finance Manager of Oral Care Division EMEA will work as a key member of the business team in focusing on generating growth by leveraging our geographical coverage model, and transformation of the company business model.
*Providing help to formulate, develop and execute investment in growth strategy
*Constantly search for new ways to do things, work together with the division leaders to navigate the various processes, and identify opportunities to maximize value in this dynamic environment
*Interact with customers and channel partners to get not only external view but also to convey the value creation of our products and portfolio
*Provide ongoing business performance assessment and drive necessary business redirection, when appropriate. Conduct return on investment analysis and drive investment decision making
*Partner with corporate functions to develop market and competitor knowledge
*Develop talent and improve skill set of self and rest of the team
Your Skills and Expertise
*Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or other business and/or finance discipline from an accredited institution
*Extensive experience in finance or finance related experience
*Leadership experience

*Strong financial acumen – ability to translate complex business problems into financial terms
*Advanced level of technical skills to perform effectively, utilizing solutions such as Snowflake, Power BI
*Strong experience influencing across the organization
*Solid understanding of multiple workstreams and how they come together
*Solid business knowledge and acumen as well as strategic thinking mindset
*Creative problem solving – ability to work with diverse functional teams to evaluate and address key issues
*Risk management analysis skills
*Self-starter with ability to drive change
*Very Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Strong organizational and prioritization skills
*Demonstrated ability to develop talent, not just in direct reporting line
