Project Manager – Residential Refurbishment

My client is a London-based contractor, who work right across the new-build, refurbishment, and interiors spectrum, from high-end residential to social housing and from high-street fashion to cutting-edge bars and restaurants.
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with main contractor experience to join their team in London.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants a hands-on role in Central London with a company who has an excellent reputation and a great culture internally.
Duties:
* Develop and ensure that a clear strategy is mapped out and communicated to the team on how the project will be delivered on time and fully functioning to the Contract documentation.
* Define clear project or programme outcomes as part of the Project Business Plan and review progress against this regularly, providing feedback on the results to the team and wider business
* Actively manage HS&E performance and understand that the root cause of accidents may originate in managerial decisions
* Manage programme efficiently, ensuring high quality, and control of costs/ budgets.
Experience required:
* Experienced and competent Project Manager who will have new build and refurbishment construction experience on projects in excess of £10m – £20m, preferably demonstrating experience of managing multiple projects at one time.
* An effective communicator with a positive, passionate, and engaging approach when supporting and educating the business.
* Valid SMSTS
* Valid CSCS card
