Are you looking to make a real difference by supporting Secondary students in a classroom setting?

The Supply Register currently work in partnership with Ark (Multi Academy Trust) schools who are looking to recruit experienced and qualified Teaching Assistants (Level 2 qualification minimum) for day to day support and short/long term roles.
Responsibilities of a Secondary Teaching Assistant:
Supporting the teacher with the delivery of the lesson.
Managing behaviour and engaging students with their own learning.
Working with students either on a one to one or in small groups out of the classroom.
Committed to support both the teacher and the students to succeed
You will work alongside the class teacher and within the department across KS3-KS4 and will support students to achieve their maximum potential by following lesson plans and teachers' guidance.
You will be responsible for any ad-hoc tasks and will have the chance to take on CPD training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
You will also be supported by great team of professionals who value each member of staff.
